Trace water is an important issue in the production and preparation of Polyurethane (PU) products. Trace water in polyols reacts with isocyanate to form carbon dioxide, resulting in foaming.  At the same time, a large amount of heat is released, resulting in a shorter service life (operation time).  JLH series molecular sieve activated powder added to polyurethane and other products system, can be effective selective adsorption of trace water in typical polyurethane formula, inhibit the occurrence of side reactions, so as to reduce the bubble generation and extend the purpose of application period.  Jlh-03-b and JLU-PU are especially suitable for polyurethane system.

Properties of TROX-300 Series Molecular Sieve:
Compared with 13X Molecular Sieve, TROX-300 Series Molecular Sieve and 13x series Molecular Sieve have little difference in carbon dioxide adsorption capacity at 250mmHg. However, the static adsorption capacity of TROX-300 is 1.78 times that of 13X series at 2.2mmHg.  Under dynamic experimental conditions, trox-300 adsorption capacity is 1.78 times that of 13X at co2 concentration of 450ppm, 25 ° c and pressure of 7kg/m2.  As a result, the TROX-300’s excellent performance can be fully exploited and demonstrated at low pressures.

Applications of NSP-1 Molecular Sieve:

In the production of compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquefied natural gas (LNG), NSP-1 Molecular Sieve is used for deep dehydration, to prevent the equipment or pipelines from freezing and clogging during pressurization and liquefaction.

Generally, two or three tower processes are used, and two tower processes are used for longer periods.  During production, one tower is in adsorption state and another is in activation regeneration state.  During adsorption, the natural gas with high water content generally passes through the molecular sieve bed from top to bottom to reduce the disturbance of gas flow to the molecular sieve bed.  When switching between adsorption and regeneration, the pressure-lowering and pressure-generating rates should be less than 0.3MPa/min.

Applications of TRDN-2 Special Molecular Sieve Adsorbent For N2O:
TRDN-2 molecular sieve is loaded on the molecular sieve bed of the air purifier, with a thickness of about 100mm. It can carry out deep removal of N2O gas after preliminary treatment, and the removal rate is ≥98%.  
In normal use, after TRDN-2 molecular sieve reaches to the adsorption saturation, it can desorb and regenerate at high temperature by variable temperature adsorption.
