Applications of NSP-1 Molecular Sieve:
In the production of compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquefied natural gas (LNG), NSP-1 Molecular Sieve is used for deep dehydration, to prevent the equipment or pipelines from freezing and clogging during pressurization and liquefaction.
Generally, two or three tower processes are used, and two tower processes are used for longer periods. During production, one tower is in adsorption state and another is in activation regeneration state. During adsorption, the natural gas with high water content generally passes through the molecular sieve bed from top to bottom to reduce the disturbance of gas flow to the molecular sieve bed. When switching between adsorption and regeneration, the pressure-lowering and pressure-generating rates should be less than 0.3MPa/min.
