Product name: Spherical Cobalt Powder Co

 

Product Specifications: 15-45μm, 15-53μm, 45-75μm, 45-105μm, 75-150μm.  (Can be customized according to customer requirements) 

 

Powder properties: high purity (≥99.9%), low oxygen (≤600ppm), high sphericity (≥98%), smooth surface, no satellite ball, uniform particle size distribution, excellent flow performance (≤12.0s/50g) and high loose density (≥5.0g/cm3) and vibration density (≥6.0g/cm3).  

 

Applicable technology: Laser/electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM/EBM), laser direct deposition (DLD), hot isostatic powder molding (HIP), metal injection molding (MIM), powder metallurgy (PM), laser deposition (LC) and other processes.  

 

Powder application: Cobalt is an important raw material for the production of heat-resistant alloy, cemented carbide, anticorrosive alloy, magnetic alloy and various cobalt salts.  Cobalt-based alloys can be used as turbine blades, impellers, conduits, parts of jet engines, rocket engines, missiles and various heat-resistant parts with high loads in chemical equipment as well as important metal materials in atomic energy industry.  Cobalt as a binder in powder metallurgy can ensure the toughness of cemented carbide.  Spherical cobalt powder can be used in thermal spraying, powder metallurgy, electronic industry, petrochemical industry and other fields.
