Who We Are:
TQHP is a Western New York company that was founded
by hay growers who recognize the need for high quality
hay in the marketplace. We have developed a patented
process that results in a product that is just that,
Superior. Using this process, our customers will know
when they see our product packaged as your brand,
that it is a product they can TRUST.
The Product:
The product we offer to sell is: “A high quality
Alfalfa and/or Timothy hay that has consistent low
moisture levels, high levels of protein, high levels
of fiber, consistency in “ flakes,” superb
color and is mold & dust free”. The reason
for this higher quality hay is that the cut hay is
taken immediately from the field to the drying facility
where it is dried to a pre determined moisture content
within a few hours of being cut. This step bypasses
the conventional procedure of letting the hay dry
in the field for 4-5 days, where it deteriorates because
of the sun’s ultraviolet rays, dew, and unpredictable
rain. This step also bypasses the typical damage to
the hay from being overturned several times to allow
for thorough drying, and when dry, raking into windrows
in preparation for the baling machine to bale the
hay.
Our Guarantee:
We guarantee that your animals, whether equine,
dairy, goat, sheep, rabbit, or gerbil will enjoy our
product as a superior form of feed. We guarantee that
you will be able to identify our product immediately
by its superior color and ultimately by your animal’s
enjoyment and performance.
Our Service:
We strive to become America’s leading Alfalfa
and Timothy hay supplier. Not only is our product
the highest quality product in the marketplace, but
our service is as well. Our customer service personnel
are here to serve you and we are confident in your
100% satisfaction. Because we take the weather factor
out of the equation, our customers will be able to
count on us for delivery of product without the risk
normally attributed to poor weather conditions. It
is our goal to meet delivery deadlines 100% of the
time regardless of the season.
